With Sylvia Robert

Join us for Kundalini this June!

Kundalini is a system of sacred tools to amplify your quality of life. These tools include:

Pranayama - the science of breath and energy management through depth and rhythm to affect health, consciousness and emotion.

Mantra - the creative projection of the mind through sound. Sound is a form of energy having structure and predictable effects on chakras and human psyche.

Mudras - are hand positions that lock, seal or guide energy flow and reflexes to the brain.

These tools are strategically blended with postures and movement to put the self under a unique type of pressure. The therapeutic results affect both the nervous and glandular systems while purifying the density of the psyche and magnetic field. Meditations will also be included to mend the energetic body and heal disharmonies embedded from trauma.

This may be an opportune time to taste the 40-day commitment to a practice or meditation. It takes 40 days to change a habit.

Meet Sylvia

Sylvia has been teaching Kundalini Yoga in the Missoula Valley for many moons. She inspires wellness in others through yoga, laughter and the witnessing of the true self.

Kundalini became her practice in 2005, teaching her how to affect the body, mind, and spirit with this technology. Her life has been guided by her interest in health, wellness and self empowerment. Sylvia’s Childhood experiences initiated her into an understanding of the direct relationship that breath has with body, mind and spirit. Studies in Shin Jyutsu and Kundalini yoga have established a trusted understanding in the effects, influences, and management of breath and energy.

In her daily life, Sylvia is the steward of a magical piece of land and ushers sacred ceremonies into the world. She is a lover of life, giving great reverence to the land we call home.

Please bring Yoga mat, water bottle, journal if you like to jot things down.
