  • Studio & Event Manager

    We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Studio and Events Manager to support the daily operations of our dynamic business. This role works closely with ownership on a weekly basis, manages all studio events, assists in bi-monthly payroll processes, and ensures documentation, legal compliance, and HR practices are maintained. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and confident handling both administrative and people-focused responsibilities. While this position requires an organized and detailed touch, we also emphasize the importance of aligning with the culture of our heart centered team.

    Studio Manager

    Answer Business Emails

    Assist with Payroll

    Onboarding Employees & Independent Contractors

    Studio Management Duties

    Assist with quarterly meetings, scheduling, outline, etc.

    Organize and Schedule quarterly Practitioner  team meetings 

    Studio Point person to buffer communications between staff and owner.

    System Updates & Managing Documentation

    Community outreach for networking purposes

    Events Manager

    Answer business emails and communications about events and space rental

    Coordinate with Event Collaborators on events, scheduling, onboarding, etc.

    Coordinate with Front Desk to ensure Staffing Needs

    Generate New Collaboration Partnerships & Revenue-generating Events

    Event related finances, website updates, and general tasks

    Compensation and Benefits

    This position requires a commitment of 25 hours per week at a starting rate of $20 per hour. A performance-based raise may be considered after the first year.

    Ideal Qualifications – Not required

    -Minimum of 2-years experience managing multiple teams in fast paced business environment (preference for experience with start-ups in their first year of business)

    -Proven ability to manage business finances with accuracy and confidentiality

    Experience hiring, onboarding, tracking performance, and offboarding staff

    -Minimum of 2-years experience managing event production in a dynamic environment

    -B.A. in business management, accounting, event planning, or comparable work experience

    -Familiarity with Canva, Acuity, SquareSpace, ADP, and the G-Suite of software services preferred but not required

    -Positive, direct communication and empathetic leadership style

    -Awareness of and sensitivity towards non-traditional lifestyles and spiritual practices, including non-westernized healing modalities

    -Must hold a valid Driver’s License

    -Experience in finding and writing grants.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

    This position is for a part time skilled Massage Therapist. Training in deep tissue, intuitive, myofascial, cupping, and other specialties would complement our existing services. Reiki certified would be a plus but not required. We offer Reiki training opportunities.

    Sacred Ally is a good fit for practitioners who are confident, experienced and respect the complex layers of being human.

    Job Duties Include:

    Clear and integrous communication skills to effectively work with clients and team.

    Ability to utilize various skill sets and modalities to curate a custom massage experience for clientele.

    Upkeep and tidying of both shared space and practitioner rooms.

    Educating clients on course of treatment including other modalities and events that happen in the space.
