About Sacred Ally

Sacred Ally is born of a vision to unite in our healing journey and step into our power. Our goal is to curate experiences that connect you deeper to your soul. We offer a space where you can slow down and come into alignment with what you truly desire. Much suffering and dis-ease comes down to a sense of disconnection when we are craving connection.

We are at a Threshold wherein we are being asked to step out of our past and into our future. We are being asked to come together, as community, united. Sacred Ally is a place of many offerings. From breathwork, bodywork, energy medicine, sound healing and various other community events, we are expanding the heart of Missoula by bringing the sacred into our everyday lives.

Sarah Schaefgen

Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter.

Her journey as a healer began in 2001 with a deep curiosity in the realms of energy. Her belief is that our experience in life is directly related to the energetic nature of our being. From this curiosity she developed a clear calling to study and be of service through various healing modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, Mentorship and Visionary Breathwork.

Over the years Sarah has come to have great respect and reverence for the process of healing. As a Sacred Ally, it is her life’s purpose to hold sacred space for those on their healing and empowerment journey.

Peter E. Schaefgen

Sound Healer | Reiki Practitioner | Visonionary Breathwork Guide | Empowerment Mentor

Peter has walked to the edge of society’s masculine conditioning. It was there that he broke through the illusions and stepped into embodying the divine masculine path. His own healing journey lead him to study the energetic properties and ancient practices of sound as a healing tool. He now offers both one on one sound healing sessions and monthly community sound journeys with his wife, Sarah.

Peter also carries a passion for guiding men back into their soul purpose through sacred mens work. He offers various types of growth experiences via mens circles and workshops.
