Sarah Schaefgen

Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter.

Sarah Schaefgen is a heart-centered healer and visionary based in Missoula, Montana, with a lifelong dedication to the healing arts. Her calling has always been to serve as a conduit for cultivating beauty and harmony—both within the spaces she creates and within the hearts of those she works with. Over the years, Sarah has gathered extensive training and wisdom across a wide spectrum of healing modalities, including Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, Visionary Breathwork, Massage Therapy, and Mentorship. Her deep respect for and commitment to indigenous earth-based practices forms the foundation of her work, as she believes in honoring ancient wisdom while bridging it with modern healing techniques. Sarah’s mission is to help others reconnect with their authentic selves, offering support and guidance as they embark on their own transformational journeys. She is passionate about creating sacred spaces that nurture the soul, inspire inner growth, and hold the highest intention for healing and empowerment.

Peter Schaefgen is a gifted healer, guide, and deep listener based in Missoula, Montana. With a unique ability to create a safe and sacred space for others, Peter is known for his role as a refuge for the hearts of those who seek his guidance. His healing approach is rooted in deep presence and intuition, supporting individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and transformation. Drawing from his diverse training in sound healing, energetic modalities, and men's work, Peter has honed his skills in supporting both individual and group healing experiences. Over the years, he has developed a deep passion for guiding men back to their soul’s purpose through sacred men's work, offering transformative circles, workshops, and personal mentorship. His work embodies a blend of ancient wisdom and modern tools, empowering others to reconnect with their inner strength, purpose, and authenticity. Peter’s commitment to service, compassion, and growth makes him an invaluable presence in the healing community.
