Couples Massage

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving quality time, this session offers a beautiful way to restore harmony and presence in your relationship.

Head and Neck Release

This upper body treatment is designed for those who experience migraines or tension headaches stemming from tightness in the head, jaw, neck, and shoulders. Using heat compresses, focused massage, and gentle traction, we work slowly and intentionally to release deep-seated tension and soften the tissues. This session invites deep relaxation and relief, supporting your body’s natural ability to unwind and restore balance.
Ceremonial Massage
90min/$150
In this sacred session, you are held within a ceremonial energy that honors your body, mind and spirit. We will open sacred space with a blessing of smudge and intention followed by an intuitive session utilizing energy work and deeply relaxing massage. This session may vary from practitioner to practitioner based on their unique energy and spiritual guidance.

Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu is a Japanese massage technique that uses the hands to apply pressure to the body to promote health and well-being. As a mat bodywork, the receiver is clothed and comfortable at ground level, (chair services also available). The bespoke nature of each treatment and hands-on connection with the acupuncture meridians make Shiatsu an all-purpose therapy. If you’re new to Shiatsu we also offer a sample-service during our Friday Shiatsu Clinic, come try out this versatile modality!

Rolfing Structural Integration

Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, Rolfing® Structural Integration works intentionally with your body’s connective tissues to restructure you from head to toe. This structural approach helps you to find your midline, both physically and emotionally. While single sessions can be deeply helpful, the most lasting changes come from committing to a Rolfing Ten-Series®. Over the course of ten sessions we methodically work through your whole structure, challenging you to shift movement patterns and habits that are no longer serving you. Ten-series recipients experience reduced pain, improved posture, and more ease and awareness in their body and in their life.
Whether you are recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, or seeking to embody a deeper sense of presence and self-awareness, this work supports your return to wholeness. Core Synchronism Massage

A deeply restorative and calming, non-invasive, energy-body therapy that realigns the body with the cerebro-spinal fluid. Especially beneficial for sudden traumas like concussions, whiplash, falls, and sprains, it can also assist in resolving long-standing tension or injury patterns.
This fully clothed session is typically offered on a floor mat; if you prefer a massage table, please specify when booking your appointment.
