Charlotte Creekmore MSN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner who is deeply interested in complementary and holistic healthcare. Though not diagnosing or providing official clinical advise during this session, she’ll highlight some clinical helpers and be able to speak generally to our curiosities during the Q and A portion.
What to expect:
30 minutes of presentation around the topics of perimenopause, menopause, and sexuality.
30 minutes of rare and highly-valuable Q and A time with a licensed medical professional
Opportunities for anonymous questions to be asked and answered
Exploration of solutions and access to personal empowerment and health

This event is more of a women's empowerment space where women can completely open up and seek support and solutions.
A few folding chairs, bolsters, and blankets are available for use, however, please bring anything else to make yourself comfortable.
Meet Charlotte
Charlotte Creekmore MSN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner. She spent many years caring for women and children in our community as a Midwife, and board-certified Lactation Consultant prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.
She has great interest in life balance and holistic healthcare for men, women, and children, while understanding and valuing Western protocol and recommendations.
Her own private family practice, Folk, will always have an emphasis on women, although she treats urgent, preventative, or anything or anyone in the moment. Everything from one visit to support to becoming your main provider.
