We are all made of sound!!! From the denser frequencies that shape our cells and body, to the cosmic frequencies that interact and influence our very reality. We are all but vibration in form. Thus......vibration and sound can be such potent medicine!

Join Peter and Sarah of Sacred Ally for a deeply restorative and soul-nourishing Sound Journey for the Soul—an immersive sound healing experience designed to transport you into deep states of relaxation, inner stillness, and energetic alignment. We begin with a brief guided meditation to ground and center the body, followed by a rich, hour-long soundscape woven with sacred instruments from around the world.

Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, rattles, flutes, drums, chimes, and vocal tones come together to create a vibrational field that gently clears stagnation, regulates the nervous system, and opens the heart. Each session is intuitively guided and channeled, offering a unique experience every time—one that invites you to surrender, receive, and journey within.

Whether you're seeking deep rest, emotional release, visionary insight, or simply a peaceful pause from the noise of life, this offering provides a sacred container for your soul to be held, heard, and harmonized.

Please bring:

-Yoga mat, bolster, or anything else to make yourself comfortable, such as a camp pad or cozy bedding. We have some of these items available, but not enough for everyone. Remember, you'll be lying on a hard floor, so make sure to bring what you need to stay cozy!

-Eye mask or scarf if you have one. Eye masks are optional. Many people prefer darkness as it helps tune your attention inward for the journey.

Meet Sarah & Peter

Sarah’s journey as a healer began in 2001, fueled by a deep curiosity in the energetic realms of life. Drawing from various modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, Mentorship, and Visionary Breathwork, Sarah holds sacred space for individuals on their healing and empowerment journey.

Peter’s exploration led him to delve into the energetic properties of sound as a healing tool. Alongside his wife Sarah, he offers one-on-one sound healing sessions and monthly community sound journeys.

Additionally, Peter is passionate about guiding men into their soul purpose through sacred men's work, offering growth experiences via men's circles and workshops.

Together, Sarah and Peter embody a commitment to facilitating deep healing and transformation, empowering individuals to step into their true essence and purpose.
