Sacred Ally is a one of kind space in the heart of Missoula. We collaborate with both local and out of state facilitators to host events that support healing, connection, and personal growth. Our collaboration model is designed to ensure events are well-supported for facilitators, participants, and the sustainability of the space.

We offer two collaboration pathways based on experience, pricing, and audience readiness.

Two Ways to Collaborate

Tier I: Professional Event Collaboration

Best for facilitators who:

  • Have experience leading public events

  • Are comfortable pricing events sustainably ($35+)

  • Can reliably bring 12+ participants

  • Are ready for a professional partnership model

Tier II: Emerging Event Collaboration

Best for facilitators who:

  • Are newer to public facilitation

  • Offer access-priced events ($20–$30)

  • Are building confidence and audience

  • Want a supportive on-ramp into collaboration and potential Tier II

What Sacred Ally Provides

  • Use of our beautiful downtown venue

  • Centralized ticketing and payment processing

  • Event listing on our website

  • Community newsletter inclusion

  • On-site staffing for event flow and check ins

  • Participant communication and support

Shared Stewardship

We believe successful events are a shared effort. Facilitators are expected to actively promote their events within their own communities to support strong attendance, arrive prepared, and align with Sacred Ally’s values of care, consent, and professionalism.

Event Registration & Cancellation

  • Pre-registration is strongly encouraged

  • Events are confirmed 24 hours in advance based on registration success

  • Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but not guaranteed

  • Tickets are non-refundable
