Autumnal Song Circle

Join Sacred Ally and Callie Woodman for an afternoon of solidarity —in support of local non-profit organization Earth Within Girls. We'll sing call and repeat songs of empowerment led by singer/ songwriter Callie Woodman, letting our voices be heard and celebrated!

Let’s come together in community to connect with the Autumnal cycle and the power of our own voices! Participants, expect to leave with a few song sheets.

This song circle is open to anyone who would like to attend!

-Warm layers for the nature walk portion

-Water bottle- hydrate that magnificent body!

Earth Within Girls was founded in 2020 and works to inspire adolescent girls and women to connect their internal cycles to the natural environment by providing accessible, prevention-based cycle education so they can thrive.

Many girls and nonbinary people are accustomed to feeling shame and stigma around their cycles and are unaware of how to use natural remedies to find more balance. We offer scholarships to those that have experienced complex trauma and focus our programs with indigenous and refugee populations.

Meet Callie

Callie Woodman has been singing since she was a baby; sharing the magic of song with others has been a constant golden thread throughout her life. Callie has participated in choir, ensembles, a college a-capella group, and was a choir teacher in Nicaragua for three years. She's led preschoolers in rousing renditions of Beatles songs, taught little ones how to play guitar, and led song circles for adults. She co-founded and continues to perform with Good Old Fashioned, a folk/bluegrass/americana band based out of Missoula, MT. Callie brings a mixture of soulfulness and playfulness to her song circles, and believes raising our voices together in song is the healing salve needed to weather these challenging times.

Registration for this event is $20
