No. Sacred Ally is a non-denominational and religiously neutral space. We honor all paths rooted in peace, love, and reverence for life—and support freedom of spiritual expression, whether that includes traditional worship or earth-based practices.

All are forms of energy healing, but each has its own style. Reiki is gentle and universal; Sound Healing uses vibration to shift energy; Shamanic work can involve journeying, extraction, or spiritual retrieval. Each session is unique to your needs.

Yes. We offer couples massage, private group sound journeys, breathwork ceremonies, and other custom sessions upon request. Perfect for families, teams, or celebrations.

Yes. Our team is composed of highly trained, heart-centered professionals across various modalities—from licensed massage therapists to certified breathwork guides and trauma-informed coaches.
Events & Ceremonies

Each ceremony is unique but always begins with grounding, intention-setting, and a safe, sacred container. You’ll be guided through the experience (e.g., breathwork, sound, cacao sharing) with gentle facilitation and time for integration and connection afterward.

Yes. Whether you’re new to breathwork, energy healing, or ceremonial space, we welcome and support all levels. Our facilitators are skilled at creating accessible experiences for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.

Most events recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket or padding, water bottle, journal, and any sacred items for your personal space. Event descriptions will list specific items. Comfort is key—we encourage nesting!

We are located in downtown Missoula at 130 E Broadway St. Metered Parking is available nearby M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, and free outside of those hours.

Safety & Ethics

Yes. We are deeply committed to creating trauma-informed, consent-based spaces where participants feel safe, supported, and empowered to go at their own pace.

While we offer sacred ceremonies such as cacao and hapé (non-psychoactive or mildly active earth medicines), our events do not include psychoactive or illegal substances. We hold reverent space and education around plant medicine but operate within all legal and ethical guidelines.
