Let us celebrate the balance of light and dark.

Join us in sacred circle as we honor the turning of the wheel and celebrate the Fall Equinox—a time of balance, reflection, and gratitude. As the light and dark come into harmony, we gather to align with the rhythm of the Earth, release what no longer serves, and plant the seeds of inner stillness for the season ahead.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial cup of heart-opening cacao, the ancient plant medicine known to gently awaken the spirit and deepen connection. From this space of grounded openness, we’ll journey into a meditative soundscape of healing frequencies—featuring crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, voice, and other sacred instruments—to guide you into deep rest, renewal, and inner clarity.

What is Sacred Cacao?

Cacao is a gentle therapeutic plant medicine that has been used throughout the ages for it’s healing benefits and heart opening properties. It is non-psychotropic and is served in its purest form to aid in an overall sense of wellbeing.

This experience will leave you feeling grateful, peaceful and aligned.

What To Bring:

-Yoga Mat, camp pad, cozy bedding ( you will be laying on a hard floor so make yourself cozy!)

-Blankets, pillow

-Water bottle

-Bring your favorite mug for cacao!

-Bring a camp chair if you wish to sit in a chair instead of the floor.

-Some people like to wear an eye mask or scarf during the sound journey - optional
