Meet July’s Artist
Travis Yost
Travis is a singer songwriter, who writes predominantly non-fiction songs drawn from his own life experience. Bridging the gap between Americana and pop music, he creates a dream like tone, with sincerity, and some humor, while unafraid of saying too much. He sometimes uses other’s songs to fill in the gaps of songs that he has not yet written, or can’t bring himself to get down on paper. Always an entertainer, for better or for worse he creates events that are not to be missed!
Travis is a professional musician, performer, singer-songwriter, story-teller, composer, recording engineer, luthier, and educator, with 30+ years of performing experience.
His hobbies include: sewing, woodworking, cooking, backpacking, and cartography. And though he is excellent at customer service, he never really was very good waiter. Travis does not like winter.
