Step into a sacred space of remembrance, connection, and transformation as we gather in ceremony with the ancient plant medicine of Cacao. Honored for thousands of years by the Mayan and Aztec traditions as a sacred teacher and heart-opener, Cacao is known to gently guide us into deeper states of presence, clarity, and emotional healing. This rich, ceremonial-grade plant ally invites us to soften our defenses, connect to our inner truth, and experience a renewed sense of joy and connection—with ourselves, with one another, and with the pulse of life itself.
In this immersive ceremony, we will begin with an opening blessing and cacao offering, honoring the lineage and spirit of the medicine. We’ll gather in a heart-sharing circle, setting our personal and collective intentions before drinking the warm, rich elixir of cacao. From there, you’ll be gently guided through a meditative inner journey, supported by sound and silence, breath and stillness. As the ceremony deepens, we’ll awaken the body through intuitive movement and dance, allowing emotions, insights, and energy to flow freely and be expressed. We’ll close our time together with a grounding integration circle, anchoring the wisdom and sensations that arose during our journey.
Cacao ceremonies are about creating the container for sacred remembering. You are invited to come as you are, and to leave feeling more connected, more alive, and more attuned to the whispers of your heart.

Meet Sarah
Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter. Her journey as a healer began in 2001 with a deep curiosity in the realms of energy. Her belief is that our experience in life is directly related to the energetic nature of our being. From this curiosity she developed a clear calling to study and be of service through various healing modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, and Visionary Breathwork.
Sarah studied and apprenticed with the Andean Cacao lineage of The Seven Rays. Recognized by Maestro Puma as a cacao and mesa carrier, she has been blessed to serve the sacred medicine of cacao to her beloved community.
