What to expect:
Kundalini Rebirthing combines posture, meditation, breathwork, and imagery to support individuals release subconscious layers and achieve a renewed sense of self-awareness and clarity.
It allows for deep healing and ultimately, a reconnection with the participants own soul.
Please bring:
Please minimize food intake at least 2 hours before the offering to support a deeper experience.
Bring water and light snacks for grounding and nourishment afterward.

Meet Lou
Lou graduated in 2008 with a business degree from Colorado State University; as always, she followed the beat of her own drum and set out to explore how she could incorporate her adventurous nature while providing a service to the collective. She raced mountain bikes in Arizona, managed a retail store in Colorado and lived on the beach in Seattle. It wasn't until 2010 that she began to tap into her personal (and collective) spiritual journey while on a whim of a trip to India. This is where she subsequently earned her first 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate while residing at Anand Prakash ashram in Rishikesh. She returned to the USA with a true love for the culture and went on to study Reiki, mantra, shamanism and other healing modalities. She has since earned a E-RYT in over 1500 hours, focusing on the tantra yoga lineage and kundalini awakenings. Lou is extremely passionate about the authentic teachings and invites everyone who attends her offerings to embody the vibration of oneness, the same frequency that she experienced while in India.
