The Still Point:
A Reiki Share
A grounded community gathering devoted to the practice and quiet power of Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. The word itself translates to “universal life force energy.” Practiced through gentle, intentional hand placements, Reiki supports the body’s natural capacity for balance, regulation, and restoration. It is a simple, stand-alone healing art — not layered with technique or performance — but rooted in presence, attunement, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence.
During this evening, participants can expect a brief guided meditation, structured Reiki exchanges in pairs or small groups, and quiet time for integration.
The emphasis is on grounded practice, nervous system settling, and experiencing how steady, attentive touch can create profound shifts without force.
This gathering is open to trained Reiki practitioners (Level I and above, any lineage) as well as those who feel a sincere interest in learning Reiki in the future. Non-attuned participants are welcome to attend in a receiving capacity and observe the structure of a Reiki exchange. Clear guidance will be offered so everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Please bring:
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing suitable for resting
