Come to Our Senses was created for reclaiming pleasure in our bodies within a community setting. It is a playful, healing ritual where we boldly lean into the sensual but do not cross over into sexual connection.
Playful Exploration: Engage in exercises that drop you into your body, encouraging playful interactions and exploration.
Flirtation & Communication: Learn the art of flirtation and how to communicate your needs, wants and desires in a safe and accepting environment.

Lizzi Juda
Lizzi Juda has over 25 years of experience facilitating community gatherings. She has been participating in events and workshops for over a decade that are focused on reclaiming healthy relationships with our bodies, our sexuality and those we interact with. She is committed to creating this possibility in Missoula.
