This 1-Day Meditation & Breathwork Retreat is a practice-centric exploration of nervous system regulation and awakening practices.

Yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques are woven together for a deeper understanding of both the scientific and spiritual dimensions of practice. The emphasis is on how these practices affect the nervous system physiologically and support awakening as a lived experience.

A variety of methods will be presented and practiced alongside informative scientific and spiritual talks, allowing participants to deepen their experiential understanding and apply these practices meaningfully in daily life.

What to Expect:

9:00–11:00 | Morning Session

• Opening Circle: Why we practice and why integrating breathwork and meditation into daily life matters.

• Yoga~Meditation in Motion: A gentle flow to support embodied movement and integrated breath.

• Pranayama and Meditation: Guided practice that deepens into silence and the Still Point.

11:00–1:00 | Midday Session

• 20-minute break

• Midday Dialogue: Exploring the power (and types) of breathing practice on the states of the nervous system.

• Activating Breathwork: Kundalini-inspired energizing practices to awaken.

1:00–2:30 | Lunch Break

2:30–5:00 | Afternoon Session

• Contemplative Teaching: Deep relaxation and the role of silence as conduits to states of higher consciousness.

• Yin and Restorative yoga postures, Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation, and Sound Journey for rest and integration.

• Closing Circle & Tea Meditation: Blue Lotus Tea served with an invitation to journal and community reflection.

Meet Vajra

Vajra Luz has 25 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, including five years as a renunciant monk in a traditional yogic ashram. The primary focus is breathwork and meditation as daily tools for integration and gateways to stillness, clarity, and resilience.

Weaving these practices into Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga supports presence, nervous system balance, and holistic well-being. Vajra offers a grounded and heart-centered approach to inner transformation, drawing on personal experience, timeless wisdom, and a modern understanding of the body-mind connection.
