Microdosing For Mental Health & Wellbeing

What this Workshop Is:

This 90-minute educational workshop offers a thoughtful, evidence-informed exploration of microdosing psilocybin — what it is, how it works, and why it is quietly becoming one of the most talked-about tools in the conversation around mental health, emotional resilience, and holistic wellbeing.

Rooted in both emerging research and ancient indigenous wisdom, this evening is designed to demystify microdosing in a space that is safe, grounded, and judgment-free. We will explore the science behind psilocybin's effects on the brain and nervous system, the reported benefits for mood, clarity, and emotional regulation, and how people are thoughtfully integrating this practice into their lives in pursuit of greater peace and balance.

This is not a how-to. This is a why — and an invitation to become genuinely informed.

Who This Is For:

This workshop is for anyone who is:

  • Curious about the growing conversation around psychedelic-assisted mental health support

  • Navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or emotional depletion and seeking to understand all available options

  • Those who experience seasonal depression or SAD.

  • Interested in a holistic approach to mental wellness that honors both science and spirit

  • Simply open — and ready to learn in a warm, welcoming, and professionally held space

No prior knowledge is required. All are welcome exactly as they are.

What You Will Explore

  • Current research on psilocybin's impact on neuroplasticity, mood regulation, and emotional resilience

  • What psilocybin is and how microdosing differs from a full psychedelic experience

  • How microdosing is being used as a supportive tool for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and creative burnout

  • The mind-body-spirit connection through a psychedelic lens

  • Practical frameworks people are using to approach microdosing with intention and care

  • Space for honest questions in a thoughtful, open dialogue

Why This Matters:

We are living in a moment of profound collective stress. Rates of anxiety, depression, and burnout continue to rise, and many people are searching beyond conventional options for sustainable relief. Psilocybin research — now being conducted at leading institutions around the world — is pointing toward real, meaningful possibilities for healing.

At Sacred Ally, we believe that an informed community is an empowered one. This workshop is our offering to that — a space where curiosity is honored, stigma is gently set aside, and the conversation about mental wellness is allowed to expand.

Meet Sarah

Sarah has walked a path of healing since childhood — drawn early and instinctively toward the deeper currents of body, spirit, and human wholeness. Over a lifetime she has cultivated a rich and varied practice spanning yoga and embodied movement, somatic awareness, energy work, breathwork, bodywork, and spiritual mentorship, weaving together both ancient wisdom and contemporary healing modalities into an integrated and deeply lived understanding of what it means to truly heal.

In the last decade, plant medicine has become a central thread in her journey — through personal transformation, ceremonial work rooted in indigenous tradition, and the sacred work of holding space for others across multiple medicines and lineages. It is this breadth of experience — personal, ceremonial, and relational — that she brings to her work as the founder of Sacred Ally, a healing space in Missoula, Montana devoted to supporting individuals on their path toward greater peace, resilience, and wholeness.

Sarah approaches the conversation around psychedelics with both the grounded authority of lived experience and the open heart of someone who understands, deeply, what it means to seek healing.
