In perimenopause, the slow decline of testosterone and DHEA doesn't just affect the bedroom—it affects the boardroom, the gym, and our overall sense of drive. When these hormones drop, we often mistake the resulting lack of motivation or assertiveness for a character flaw, when it is actually a chemical shift. While it's tempting to want 'more' of these hormones, the key is understanding them as messengers.
This month, we're exploring how resistance training acts as a powerful form of communication with our hormonal system, and we're expanding our definition of libido beyond intercourse—reframing it simply as life force, and mapping out how to call it back.
What to Expect:
You are invited to pull up a chair (or a yoga mat, or a cozy blanket) and join us for an honest, judgment-free conversation about (peri)menopause.
This is not a lecture. It's a gathering of women who are tired of being told "just relax" and are ready for real answers and real support. Together, we'll unpack the "hormone chatter" you hear online, translate the science into plain English, and leave you with one gentle, doable practice.
Come as you are—tired, frustrated, hopeful, or all of the above.

A journal and pen: We'll have moments for reflection and note-taking.
