It is more important than ever to allow ourselves the time to disconnect so that we can reconnect with what truly matters.

There is a stretch of coastline along the Riviera Nayarit where the jungle meets the sea — where mornings unfold with golden light over the Pacific and evenings soften into salt air and stars. Nestled into this remote cove, Punta Monterrey offers a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and renewal. Here, we will gather for seven days of intentional practices and sacred ceremonies, woven gently with heart, laughter, ocean swims, and barefoot walks along the shore. Each day will hold a rhythm of: gentle morning yoga and meditation, nourishing home cooked meals, guided breathwork and cacao ceremonies, and meaningful connection — balanced with unstructured time to relax, explore, and simply be. This retreat is an invitation to soften into beauty, reconnect with your body and spirit, and experience community in a setting that feels both wild and deeply held.

    While we have plenty of transformational activities lined out, we also want you to experience the freedom to play, frolic, relax, hike, hang out on the beach and answer your souls callings.

    Life is fast, retreat doesn’t have to be. Our vision is to create a spacious, yummy experience that will nourish your soul, relax your nervous system and ignite the wild within.

    Punta Monterrey sits right on the Pacific Ocean with it’s own private beach. You can take to the water in sea kyaks or head inland for a hike through the luscious jungle.

    There are hammocks to relax in and views to inspire expanded perceptions.

    Intentional Practices & Ceremony

    Life is sacred. We get so busy in our day to day that we forget to pause and lean into the magic all around us. When we retreat to this beautiful, oasis getaway, we will literally be saturated in magic.

    Your days will begin ( not too early ) in the temple space to wake your body through gentle yoga, movement, dance or meditation. Each day will have a different intentional ceremony including a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, Visionary Breathwork Ceremony, Fire Ritual on the beach, Ecstatic Dance and a Temezcal Ceremony which is a traditional native sweat lodge.

    In between these heart centered offerings, you will have time to be in your own ritual with nature, the ocean or your pillow if that is what serves your soul.

    Family Style Meals

    One of the best parts of Punta Monterrey is the long family style table. Here, they believe it is more than a long piece of wood. They believe it is an altar of connection, culture and incredible local foods.

    The cuisine at Punta Monterrey connects ancient flavors linking traditional recipes with fresh ingredients from the region. They are passionate about the aromas and colors of Mexico and that is why they always use seafood, meats and seasonal fruits, that honor their heritage.

    We will share in family style breakfast, lunch and dinners to nourish our sacred body temples.

With over two decades of experience in the healing arts and deep reverence for indigenous earth-based traditions, she weaves together sacred ceremony, spiritual mentorship and plant medicine support to help guide others back to their authentic selves. Her passion for beauty, harmony, and heart-led living infuses every gathering she holds.
