At Sacred Ally, we honor the wisdom of the Earth and the ancient traditions that have carried these sacred medicines through time. Our Earth Medicine offerings are an invitation to reconnect with the natural world, your inner truth, and the sacred intelligence that lives within nature. These ceremonies—featuring Kambo, Hapé, and Cacao—are rooted in reverence, consent, and integrity, and are held in a safe and trauma-informed container by experienced facilitators.
Earth medicines invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves, our ancestors, and the living world around us. They have long been used by Indigenous cultures for purification, prayer, visioning, and healing—and at Sacred Ally, we carry these practices with humility and respect, acknowledging the lineages they come from while holding space for people of all backgrounds to experience their transformative power.

We give thanks to the Salish, Blackfoot and Lakota traditions that have influenced and inspired our way of life and upbringing on this land.

Private Group Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that blooms open the heart. Used for thousands of years by the Incan, Mayan and Aztec cultures, cacao has been used for spiritual evolution. This beautiful cacao ceremony will include a cup of delicious ceremonial grade cacao, intention setting and a guided experiential journey with breathwork and or movement. This sacred experience will leave you lighter, liberated and more in your authentic heart.

Individual Kambo Ceremony
2.5 Hrs/ $240
Sarah Schaefgen is a certified IAKP Kambo Practitioner
Work individually with Sarah , co-founder of Sacred Ally, to curate your unique healing journey with Kambo. In these sessions we will identify what physical, emotional and spiritual aspects you wish to focus on and utilize chakra, meridian and auricular points to customize your treatment.
Note: Sarah works with Kambo clients on Monday mornings.
Hapé Ceremony
60min/ $110 - Individual Session
Hapé is an Amazonian snuff originating from the southern regions of Brazil, Columbia and Peru. This blend of powdered medicinal herbs is commonly used throughout various tribes including the Yawanawa, Huni Kuin (Kaxinawa), Mayoruna and Matses. Hapé elicits a feeling of alertness and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects. It is energetically clearing and helps to balance ones spirit. It is also therapeutic for headaches, sinus infections and lowering the blood pressure. The ingestion of Hapé can be used for physical, spiritual and energetic purposes.
This ceremony includes opening sacred space, smoke cleansing, intention setting, administration of Hapé and guided meditation. This purifying snuff is administered by the practitioner through the nose using an applicator called a tepi. As it is non psychotropic, you will be energized and ready to move on with your day right after your session.
It is said in indigenous culture that Hapé connects you to the spirit of the forest. If you have time after your session it is recommended to take a walk or spend a little time in nature.

While Sacred Ally operates as a non-denominational wellness center, we hold deep reverence for the ceremonial and educational spaces cultivated by Heart of Earth & Sky.
