Yes! We are so excited to announce that we are now offering both individual and group Visionary Breathwork sessions and ceremonies.
๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค is similar to Clarity and Holotropic Breathwork. It is a system of conscious connected breathing used as a means to support increased awareness, personal transformation and overall well-being.
When used in a certain way, breathing allows us to release and resolve emotions, belief systems, stresses and memories which are often inaccessible through more conventional therapies.
Individual session are available now and our first group โ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐น๐ฃ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ ๐ฃ๐ โ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ช will be June 30th.
