Honored for thousands of years by the Mayan and Aztec traditions as a sacred teacher and heart-opener, Cacao is known to gently guide us into deeper states of presence, clarity, and emotional healing. This rich, ceremonial-grade plant ally invites us to soften our defenses, connect to our inner truth, and experience a renewed sense of joy and connection—with ourselves, with one another, and with the pulse of life itself.

Have you felt the calling from the jungle? The whispers from the jaguar, calling you home? Let the spirit of the jaguar, the chocolatey and earthy notes, and the golden energy of Legacy Cacao’s Amazonian Gold guide you in this special ceremony, as you journey into the portal of your heart and connect with your true nature. You will be invited beyond the five senses in this cacao ceremony, being encouraged to journal, connect with Source, and attune to your highest nature. 

Sound is interwoven throughout the ceremony to assist with shifting energy and integration, and to encourage voices to emerge. The vibrations of the sound instruments will bathe you in a 30 minute sound bath at the end of the ceremony for resource and rest.

Best practices include not eating within 30 minutes of the ceremony as the medicine is most potent on an empty stomach, and being well hydrated throughout the day. 

Please bring:

• An item to place on the altar (crystals, flowers, photos, sacred objects, etc.)

Meet Sarah

Hi, I am Sarah Punzo. Cacao Priestess, Sound Healer and Spiritual Teacher. My path began over 11 years ago when I felt a deep calling to embark on a spiritual quest, not knowing exactly what that meant, but hearing a full YES and leaping anyway. I learned that I am a person who will leap. I also learned that there is a way to feel integrated and whole rather than fragmented, chaotic, and lost. This is the journey of self-love. The pathway to freedom. 

One of the most potent medicines that has helped me along my journey into wholeness is cacao. She has guided me into the flow of the divine feminine. She has opened the portal of my heart. She has connected me into the depths of the earth.

Sound has gently guided me by raising my frequency. The energy that moves through my channel when working with instruments is the closest feeling to Source energy that I can describe. Practicing sound energy work has taught me how to be a clear and open channel, a pure vessel for light. 

It is with this level of integrity that I guide others into self-healing.
