Restful Heart Cacao & Restorative Sound Ceremony
Where cacao warms your heart, restorative yoga softens your body, and sound guides your soul home.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember yourself beneath the noise of daily life—an offering for the restful heart. We begin by creating a sacred, grounded container that feels safe, steady, and deeply nurturing. Through the gentle weaving of ceremonial cacao, Restorative Yoga, Reiki-infused touch, and sound healing, the nervous system is supported in letting go of effort so the heart can rest, open, and be held.
Rather than striving for insight or release, this ceremony invites a quieter remembering—one where the heart is allowed to settle, the body is supported, and the mind can soften into stillness.
The Heart-Opening Wisdom of Cacao
Ceremonial cacao has been honored for thousands of years as a sacred plant ally and gentle heart opener. Unlike stimulants, cacao works subtly and intelligently, inviting awareness inward while fostering warmth, connection, and emotional ease. In this ceremony, cacao is offered with intention and reverence.
You’ll be guided through a simple blessing and intention-setting before drinking the warm elixir, allowing the heart to soften without effort. Cacao supports a sense of restful openness—not by activating or pushing, but by creating the conditions for the heart to feel safe enough to rest and receive.
Restorative Yoga: The Art of Being Held
Following the cacao offering, you’ll be guided into Restorative Yoga—a practice devoted to deep rest, safety, and nervous system regulation. Using blankets, bolsters, and pillows, the body is fully supported in gentle, receptive postures. There is no stretching, striving, or performance required.
This level of physical support allows the parasympathetic nervous system to come online, signaling to the heart and body that it is safe to soften. Tension dissolves organically, and the heart is invited into a state of quiet ease—held, supported, and at rest.
Sound as a Pathway Home
As your body rests, you’ll be immersed in a sound bath created with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gongs and other resonant instruments. Sound waves move through the body on a cellular and energetic level, calming mental chatter and guiding the nervous system toward coherence and deep relaxation.
The vibrations help clear emotional holding patterns and invite the heart into a natural rhythm of balance and peace. This is not about doing or fixing—it is about receiving, remembering, and allowing the heart to settle into its own spacious, restful cadence.

Meet Sarah
Sarah co-founded Sacred Ally in 2019 with her husband Peter. Her journey as a healer began in 2001 with a deep curiosity in the realms of energy. Her belief is that our experience in life is directly related to the energetic nature of our being. From this curiosity she developed a clear calling to study and be of service through various healing modalities including Massage, Shamanic Reiki, Kambo, and Visionary Breathwork.
Sarah studied and apprenticed with the Andean Cacao lineage of The Seven Rays. Recognized by Maestro Puma as a cacao and mesa carrier, she has been blessed to serve the sacred medicine of cacao to her beloved community.
